Individual aproach to each student.


Taiji cultivates relaxation, awareness, sensitivity and a harmonious connection between mind and body. If we are able to bring these abilities into our daily life we can stay relaxed, balanced and centred in all we do. This is how we can be in harmony with ourselves, the people around us and our whole environment.

We practise :

  • basic exerceses (5 relaxing exercises of the late master Huang Sheng-Shyan)
  • yang style short form (37 forms)
  • partnerwork for developing sensitivity and understaning taiji principles

Taiji practise is open to newcomers.

It's possible to arrange individual teaching/practise at other time/place

I've been learning and practising taiji since January 1990. Since March 2000  I study with  Wee Kee-Jin who is the principal instructor at Taijiquan School of Central Equlibrium in Auckland, New Zealand.
